    Steam Sterilization Line

    Steam Sterilization is a treatment which takes some time at a high temperature, where TPC will be reduced below a very low target. We can get minimum 5 log reduction on TPC for dehydrated vegetables and herbs.
    Our steam sterilization equipment utilizes the latest technology and is done on-site at our Shanghai facility. This capability allows us to offer clean microbiological reduction and pathogen kill, while preserving our product’s quality.

    Electrostatic Wind Sorting Line

    By leveraging electrostatic charges, the line effectively separates unwanted particles, such as dust, foreign matter, and even certain types of defects in the product, without the need for manual intervention.
    This innovative sorting process improves product quality by ensuring a cleaner, more uniform final product. Additionally, the system is gentle on the products, minimizing damage during processing, which helps preserve the integrity and nutritional value of the ingredients.
